Did not work for me

I tried this scanner, it kept timing out on me. I would have to scan a document 5 or 6 times for it to finally take. I called customer service and they were great, sent me a new unit and new cable... It could be me, but I do not have the time to spend a half a day trouble shooting. I bought an HP, plugged it in and it works great...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Adequate and should be better

It's simple, portable, and easy to use and store. However, each scanned copy has a line going across it on the bottom which is very disappointing.

I love the scanner. It was a great deal for the scanner alone, plus they give you great software to make it even more productive. Love it for the portability and the quality and the price.
I have had four Brother printers and all have been great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very impressed at how will this little scanner works. I just scanned legal size documents and I couldn't believe how easy it was to do. Software for this application worked just fine.

Awesome Product for the traveler

I absolutely love my DSmobile 620 scanner. My husband and I traveling and when I have important tax documents I scan them onto my computer. It is quick and easy. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because the connection on the scanner broke. I do not know if it was just a fluke or a defect in the product. Brothers made it right by sending me a new one for free. Thank you Brothers for working with me and having such great customer service representatives and products.

Grear purchase

Scans very fast and works great. Fairly easy to figure out on computer where to place things. The only thing different I wish I had would be a power source with memory card to scan a lot and then download, but this still works great straight to computer.
