So far this has been easy to set up and scan documents to my MacBook Pro and email or save as needed. My next attempt is to scan old pic's so I can save in my computer. For someone who is not so "techy" --this has been a good buy for myself and easy to manage!

My First sheet scanner ever

Works as I expected, which is not always the case.
After I changed OS on both my PC & iMac I found that the device would not work.
I was pleased with your tech support when I called, they even backed up their "fix" with an email to me.
I am a bit disappointed that I can't use the device on my iMac - drivers not avaiable.

This is a great receipt scanner - so far. The reason I say so far is that I had a different brand that quit working and couldn't be fixed. So I went with Brother and couldn't be happier. It works as advertised and the after sales help is a bonus.

I have thoroughly enjoyed using this product. It does what I expected and needed when I purchased it.
One thing I wish was part of the software would be to leave the file open, if I have a page to jam and open the scanner to remove the paper, so as to continue scanning multiple pages to that file. As it stands presently I have to either start a new file to be saved separately or re-scan all of the previous pages, and continue with remainder pages to have one file name.
