One of the worst scanner i have ever seen

One of the worst scanner i have ever seen, Paper always gets jammed at the top right corner and left side keeps pulling and originals will be damaged. I would giving zero star, getting hold of Customer care is another pain it takes more than 45 minutes to speak.

Worst Scanner EVER

This is the worst scanner I have had the pleasure of using. Because this is provided by my employer I have no choice but to use it. However I cuss it every time. It jams often when scanning, the plug does not stay connected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only thing I don't like about the scanner is you have to know exactly where you want the scan to go before you scan and if you want the a are scan to go multiple places you have to scan to each place or copy and paste. The reason why I bought this scanner was because it scans 32 inches. However that isn't automatic and you to again have to know what you want to do before you scan. It should be auto up to 32 inches and decide after.

I could get more information from my online banking account. It says it has the software to scan and catorgorize receipts. You have to pay an additional $10 for the software. It was awful. I could get more information from my online banking. The worst part is after taking the scanner back to the store I tried to get reimbursed for my $10 I paid to for the software. They will not respond to my emails. I am out the $10.

Good Scanner

It is a good Scanner and it helps you to keep all your documents safe. It is very easy for you to scan documents and receipts and save it on your computer. The only problem is that you have to put receipts and documents one by one. Which is bit tedious but the quality of scan is very good. It is portable and easy to maintain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was concerned about buying a portable scanner, but this little scanner has done everything that I need it to do. Perfect for small projects. Comes with multiple scanning software; a little confusing. Overall a good scanner.
