Easy usage. Products does a very good job cleaning dishes, silverware, and cookware. We use it more than the previous dishwasher. We like it.

Love the Slate Finish....Quiet. Cannot hear it run. The drain noise is really the loudest noise. Super quiet.

My dishes come out clean and shiny and do not require a lot of prewashing. It is very quiet, which was one of my most important wants.

Dishwasher Dilemma

Overall my dishes come clean, but I am disappointed in the performance of my dishwasher. First, I have to use a rinse product or the water does not shed off. My soap "pods" don't always completely dissolve, neither does my powder detergent. I'm left with residue in the door and the floor of the dishwasher. It uses less water, which is great, but anything but a normal cycle takes over 2 hours! And it's a good thing my water heater is right under my kitchen or my dishes might be washing in cold water. Green technology isn't all it's cracked up to be for dishwashers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
