Quiet Dishwasher - that is it

I am disappointed in the dish cleaning - when running Normal cycle, my dishes are not clean, have spots and the overall inside of the washer seems dirty. There is always residual from the soap dispenser. I rinse ALL dishes prior to loading in the machine, and yet they don't come out "clean. I like that it is very quiet. The Normal cycle is very long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
