Piece of junk

We bought this dishwasher thinking it would do a good job. Boy, we were so wrong on that. We had to have technician come out 4 times to fix it. We were told we needed to use Cascade power packs to get our dishes clean...we would open it after running it to find the power pack sitting in the dispenser still. Our dishes come out not clean...we were told we need to clean the dishes before we put them in...not sure why I have a dishwasher then. I would NEVER buy this dishwasher again...I wouldn't want it if someone gave it to me. Save your frustrations and go for a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dishwasher replaced a 25 year old one. The dishwasher gets the dishes clean, is quiet and I also like the stainless interior and hidden controls. . The slate finish is nice as it does not show fingerprints. I am happy with this dishwasher.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Steam feature worked great on dried on egg yolk! All of our dishes are clean and spot free. The only complaint is that we still have to spot dry the dishes by hand. But then again I have yet to find a dishwasher that will completely dry the dishes. This thing is really quiet! The only time I hear it is when I hear the water going down the drain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Quiet and beautiful color!

I have only had this for a few days but have used it already and am amazed at how quiet it is. We had to look at the light to make sure it was running!
It is so much roomier than our old GE dishwwasher too because it has the 3 spray arms instead of the spray tube in the middle. So far I am very impressed with the features.
And we love the color!!! We have a stainless steel refrigerator and hate it because of how it water spots and it is so difficult to keep clean. But I didn't want a hodge podge looking kitchen. This slate color blends so well with our other appliances and looks absolutely beautiful!
If I find differently after using it for a while, I will correct this review. But for the money so far it out does every other one we looked at--and we searched them all!

Horrible appliances

We purchased a GE dishwasher in 2013 and it stopped working 2-3 years later as soon as the warranty was over. Now GE is showing that this appliance has been discontinued. I will not purchase any GE appliances again and notify everyone I come across not to purchase these appliances because they do not last long.

Dishwasher worked well but didn't last. 2 years in we had to replace the door seal and now 3 years in the washer no longer works.

Bad circulation pumps

Bad product if your circulation pump goes check the date on it mine was manufactured in 1999 so they used old leftover pumps in 2016 appliance sure didnt pass those cost cuts to the consumer and its a brushed motor you can get a $300 dw with a brushless motor that will run forever
