I love the look. Don't use the levers to bring the upper rack up and down like I thought I would. It's super quiet and cleans well. Just make sure hot water is coming out of your sink before you start it so the whole wash is with hot water. Only complaint is that when I do the longest wash and dry it literally takes 4 hours to do. That's kind of ridiculous. So do it at night before bed or when you're going to be gone for a while
