Love the look and the quiet!

After having an earlier GE model dishwasher for 28 years, we are pleased with our second GE dishwasher, purchased Christmas 2015. It is so quiet and our glasses are sparkly clean! It is easy to load and we can really pack the dishes in. We also love the "no-fingerprints" stainless steel front.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Mediocre dishwasher

We were excited about this dishwasher because of the new slate color. The dishwasher runs very quiet which is the best feature. The soap dispenser door didn't work properly when we got it and had to have it serviced. It wouldn't open all of the way allowing all of the soap to dispense. It also left a film on all of the dishes. The service guy told us to use lemon shine which seems to fix the problem. However I probably won't buy GE again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Dishwasher

I've owned it for about 4 months now. Very quiet and washes thoroughly. I've put caked on dishes and pans in it. If you use the steam option they will be clean. Also, the slate finish stays clean. Way better then Stainless Steel.

Does not get dishes as clean as it should

Frequently the detergent dispenser does not dispense all of the detergent I have tried liquid, powder & tablets and have had the problem with all three. Disappointing.
