A normal washing cycle takes HOURS. Maybe that's the way all the new ones are? Have lost several wine glasses. If you have more than a few its an awkward fit. Cleans OK and even with heated dry everything is still wet.

this is my first dishwasher. I have used others and believe me this is the best. The fact that you can use either top or bottom rack is great

Love the finish

I've had this dishwasher for 7 mo and I like it. I love the finish (slate) and I love the controls on the top.it does seem to have trouble getting my plastic Tupperware and cups clean though it leaves a residue on them sometimes. I have started using a rinse aid so I hope that helps! It has great space for all my dishes and utencils. It's quiet and beautiful!
