Love the exterior color

Bought this last September, 2015 to match the other three GE appliances, all in slate gray.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Blissfully quiet and cleans exceedingly well

Our old dishwasher broke and we took the opportunity to replace it with what we hoped would be a quieter, more efficient model. This new GE dishwasher has been great. It holds SO many more dishes than our previous dishwasher and we are set the dishwasher to clean as soon as it is full. We don't have to wait until after we entertain or watch television, etc. in order to start the dishwasher because it's so quiet. The best part is that the quietness doesn't affect how well it cleans. I no longer have to pre-clean/rinse every dish prior to putting it in the dishwasher and my dishes and glassware come out sparkling, even six months after purchase. I also really like the slate finish much better than my stainless appliances, as it looks upscale while being easier to clean and keep clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extremely quiet!

I have had this dishwasher for 3 months and I LOVE it. My dishes always come out clean. It is so quiet that I can't always hear it running even when I'm in my kitchen.

I bought this dishwasher 6 months ago to replace the one in the home i purchased. It is so quiet that most times i don't even know if it is running. also love the wine glass adapters and steel tub.
