Takes way too long

For as long as it takes to wash everything should be spotless but it's not. Sometimes the soap doesn't even get dispensed

This is a great cleaning product with one exception. The configuration of the rungs give less room for more items. Also, would prefer the silverware tray to be on the door like the dishwasher I replaced that was 6 yrs. old. Had to replace since it was not slate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible design

Bought this with an entire new house package of GE appliances and never been more disappointed in my life. Upper rack is a terrible design with no good way to place your glassware. We've had multiple glasses break and never had this problem with our previous kitchenaid or Frigidaire dishwashers. Also get mold build up on dishes if the door stays shut between washes, not to mention it retains a terrible smell, as if the filter isn't passing everything through that it should.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WE just put these in our new home and they are a great addition to the house. everything is amazing, it is so quit and I love that I can wash both top and bottom or just one if I don't have a ton of dishes. great dishwasher!

does not get dishes clean!

We had a 14 year old GE dishwasher that we replaced with this new model. We were upgrading our appliance to the slate color and wanted all to match. I was very happy with the old dishwasher but this one does not get things clean - crud left on plates and utensils and sediment in cups and glasses.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
