Beautiful machine but disappointed.

From the first time we used the diswasher it has not gotten dishes clean or dried them. We have checked and double checked the instructions and settings. My old dishwasher had been in use since 94. Though noisy. it got my dishes clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice and quiet

I bought all new kitchen appliances after I moved into a new home and I am very happy with the whole line. I love the slate color, it's different and it doesn't show smudges the way stainless steel does. The dishwasher works great! It's so quiet, I can't even tell when it's on except for a little light on telling me it's washing dishes. The dishes are clean and the glasses don't have wash stains like my old dishwasher left.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet and cleans really well!

I bought this Dishwasher 6 months ago and it is phenomenal. It is quiet and it cleans my dishes and the GE Slate looks sophisticated without me worrying about my childrens' fingerprints like I would need to do with stainless steel.

Nice looking. Wish it had a rinse cycle

We really like this dishwasher however we wish it had a rinse cycle. We have had it serviced two different times due to the top rack getting stuck on he right side so that it won't pull out all the way. Other than that, it cleans well!
