I've had this dishwasher now for a month, and I continue to be surprised with how quietly it runs. I'm also glad I switched out my 17-yr-old DW - now, my glasses sparkle.

High pitched whine

This dishwasher cleans fine. However, it has an ear piercing whine during the cleaning cycle that makes me relieved we do not have a dog. I would not buy it again.
