Love everything about it except it doesn't have a short/rinse cycle!!

Love the new slate color!

Remodeling and found these GE slate colored appliances. Working great in our kitchen. Really like the quietness of this dishwasher. Enjoying the adjustable height upper rack and the holders for the wine glasses.

Quieter than I thought it would be.

I expected noise similar to my 7 year old dishwasher which this one replaced, I was quite surprised at the difference. The sound emanating from this dishwasher was very muted. I am quite happy with this difference since I wash the dishes at night. More restful sleeping now. Bought the Slate, its very attractive. Now I'm looking at my other sad appliances and thinking of going all Slate.

This is absolutely the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. (And I've had a few) It washes dishes great too. Highly recommend this model.

Have always bought GE appliances and have never been disappointed. Had the previous dishwasher for over 10 years and it was still working great. Remodeled kitchen and needed an update. Love the new slate option!

Needs more cleaning power

It definitely gets everything wet. The problem I'm having is that when the cycle is done the dishes are still wet even when waiting for more than an hour after its completed. Also I find myself needing to soak then scrub the dishes before I load it. Which is frustrating, I thought you weren't supposed to theoroly clean the dish before the dishwasher does it. that seems a bit redundant. (ex... food stays stuck to the dishes)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
