Four service calls in five months for same problem

This dishwasher has draining issues. In the first five months after installation techs have replaced a valve, control board, and drain pump. On the second use after replacing the drain pump it did not drain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not happy with this dishwasher

We had this dishwasher for 2 months. It never seemed to clean the dishes well, even when we always rinsed them first. Then after 2 months it started leaking out of the bottom of the door. Also, it was awkward loading the dishes...I didn't like how the racks were set up.

Right from day 2 after purchasing dishwasher, we were having problems. The dishwasher does not close properly. Stops in the middle of the cycle (2-3) time.Had to call service agents 4-5 times.

This gets dishes about as clean as just leaving them out in a rainstorm, and then randomly spraying some of the dishes with gritty detergent-laden water. At the end, you still have food on 30% of your dishes (and now it's stuck on super hard), and detergent grit on 75% of your dishes.

Just moved into my new home where we had this wonderful dishwasher installed. I can't tell you how pleased I am with it. It cleans it steams and it sanitizes. It is the cats meow.
