We’ve had this dishwasher for 3 years and it worked fine for about 6 month. After that the top shelf does not clean the dishes. There aren’t any clogs in the top plumbing the pump just doesn’t seem strong enough anymore to send the water into the upper portion of the dishwasher.
The pump to drain the dishwasher at the end of its cycle is weak too. It doesn’t always drain completely and there’s dirty water left pooling in the bottom of the tub. I’ve cleaned the plumbing several times with minimal food particles found. The pump just isn’t strong enough.

Im a tech that unfortunately has to work on these. Control board and user interface issues all the time. Designed horribly and difficult to work on. Buy anything else

Terrible Leaks

Started leaking 1 out of 3 washes after a few months, now it’s every wash. Replaced the gasket and no luck. We can’t wash without having a bowl on the floor to catch the dripping water from the corner along with a towel along the door. Looks great, but it’s ruining our flooring. You can see the residue from the leaks on the front of the door in the picture. The machine is designed without a proper gasket/seal to keep the water in.

Wish it had lasted a little longer

We have had this dishwasher since 2014 and it seems like it is now falling apart. I want to say how disappointed I am in the dishwasher we have. First we had to replace the racks because they hard started rusting within 5 yrs and in Oct 2023 they rusted all the way through, then it stopped cleaning and drying the dishes Nov 2023, now it seems the pump or something else is wrong with it. At this point I might as well replace it. Wish it would have lasted a little longer.

This dishwasher does not clean my dishes unless they are all rinsed so what's the point. And the drying is terrible. No matter what I try the dishes, especially the silverware is very wet and I have to dry them. The wine glass feature doesn't fit my stems. My old dishwasher was better than this. I'd like my money back!

I bought this dishwasher just over a week ago and am so happy I did. I have never had such a quiet dishwasher. I have also never had one that makes my dishes sparkle so nicely without them needing to be pre scrubbed in the sink.This is the happiest I have ever been with a dishwasher in my life

Sharp & Quiet

It's only been a week, but so far I'm liking the unit a lot. It looks beautiful inside and out though likes to smudge. Long run times have at 207 minutes at the longest. (As long as it doesn't need to do much water heating.) Dishes have come out clean every time, even when we were being messy with it to test.
I would recommend this to a friend!
