Quiet, but trouble with the soap dispenser

I bought this dishwasher 3 months ago and it's quiet and cleans well. But sometimes the soap dispenser doesn't open or fully release the soap pod.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good dishwasher but the cycles are very long and my old cheaper dishwasher cleaned better. Dishes and glasses don't load as well as past dishwashers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very quiet and cleans dishes well. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it can be touchy when latching properly to start wash cycle. Sometimes have to close it harder than I would like in order to have it latch securely. Otherwise I love it.

This dishwasher is quiet, efficient, shelves adjust to make lots of room. You can wash just upper shelf or just lower in case the dishwasher is not full. That's a great feature.
