Extremely Quiet!

This dishwasher is extremely quiet. You need to redesign the lower rack. There is too much space in the center area. I keep finding dishes with dried up soap residue in them due to dishware leaning back. Some dishes aren't coming out clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gorgeous, Sleek, and Super Quiet

GE has outdone themselves with this dishwasher. I was in desperate need of a new dishwasher when I found this beauty. I love stainless appliances, and I love that the stainless steel carries over into the interior of this dishwasher. I also love the hidden control panel which adds to its sleek look. The dishwasher I had prior to my new GE was an accessory that came with the purchase of our house. It was so loud that I measured the sound of the old dishwasher with a decibel meter, and it was 85 decibels when running!! Which is unreasonably loud. I am pleased to say that my new GE dishwasher runs at an incredibly quiet 42 decibels, I cannot even hear it running. I LOVE my GE dishwasher and would recommend it to anyone.

Very Quiet.. Perhaps not the quietist in the market, but should meet most peoples needs. Installation was simple and it does a great job cleaning the dishes
