DO NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL YOU BUY THE PARTS NEEDED FOR THE SELF-INSTALL. THEY MAKE A BRAIDED WATER LINE KIT THAT COMES WITH EVERYTHING NEEDED ON THIS SPECIFIC MODEL.

I bought this because it had a food grinder.I thought something was wrong with it at first because it starts and stops all the time.I did find out this was normal.very quite,cleans very well.The one problem that is rediculus is the door won't stay latched it will drive you crazy.reading other reviews it's a common problem.I purchased extended warranty and when I get time I will follow up on this problem till fixed.there is enough complaints about it that he should have offered a fix for it.because of this stupid problem I would not recommend to a friend

Looks good but fails to drain after 3 weeks

Purchased 5/5/16, Installed on 5/6. First issue noticed is that washer left dishes very wet when cycle complete. The previous GE did not. When pulling out the top rack of dishes water drips literally hit the outside edge of door and floor. Secondly about 2 weeks later the bottom tub would have a visible murky 1 inch of water. Installation and plumbing is fine. Appears the pump motor or solenoid is not functioning as it should, hums but water trickles out. I kept pressing the 3 sec cancel button and usually on the 5th or 6th try the pump kicks on and it does draining. On another site I have read the same complaints. Service is scheduled 6/10.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
