Soooooooooo quiet that I have to put my ear up to it to make sure that it's running. Very attractive design. Looks great in our updated kitchen.

Great dishwasher Installation

Bought this dishwasher at the recommendation of the salesman and he was very right. Cleans very well and noise level is very, very low, almost imperceptible. You can set it to run while sleeping and will not notice it. Self-installed with the only problem being the installation of the top screws to attached the top part of the dishwasher to the kitchen cabinet. Screws supplied were short and it took a while to figure that out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extremely quiet, efficient machine

Bought a house with the original 18 year old junk dishwasher that sounded like it was going to explode when we ran it the one time. Sat down and started reading reviews of the major brands' dishwashers and found GE's models to always get high marks on most of their line. This unit wasn't the top of the line Profile model, but minus a few features it does an incredible job and is super quiet. Installation was easy enough that my 6 year old could probably get it installed correctly with a little help from daddy. Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a great machine that doesn't break the bank.

We purchased through GE as this was our builders prefered vendor. We were moving into Utah, so went with the builders choice. Cleans very well, but we would prefer a 30 minute cycle versus the 45. Our last Dishwasher (not GE) had this and it cleaned within the time frame. Less power, less water usage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only run this a couple of times, but I am very happy with everything about it. Glasses, silverware and dishes are so clean, they sparkle. Whisper quiet too.
