Far exceeds Whirlpool

This unit replaced a new Whirlpool dishwasher. Both have quiet operation, butv this unit cleans and dries much better!

Good Dishwasher

We have used this dishwasher for about 5 months and it has met almost all of our expectations. It is so quiet that you have to look at the light to see if it is working. It does a great job cleaning the dishes and flatware. The drying cycle leaves something to be desired as it doesn't completely drain the bottom of the washer after the cycle leaving some dirty water which can leave some odor. But on the whole it does a great job and we are happy with the purchase.

Since the day my elderly mom on a very fixed budget bought it for myself and my husband ! IT DOES NOT CLEAN THE DICHES OR SILVERWARE ! I end up taking them out of the dishwasher and hand washing them myself ! My 20 year old dishwasher cleaned ALL the dishes and silverware ! The cycle on ANY setting runs MUCH to long !!!!! I make sure the warer in my sink is hot before I turn it on , I have tried several different cleaning cycles and soaps ! steam no steam ! Dryer no dryer ! I have used rinse aid no rinse aid ! My water bill has more than doubled since we got it ! I have had appliance repair place come to look at it !!! Telling me ....."that's why I won't buy new appliances " didn't fix a thing !!! While I'm at it , I might as well mention how I have had 2 guys over to "FIX" my brand new GE refrigerator! At times it sounds like a jet plane taking off ! And EVERY time the warer fills up the ice maker , it's so loud that I jump out of my own skin !!! On a good note .... I love my stove and microwave . Won't ever buy GE appliance again !!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this for our new remodeled kitchen, like the feature, we did have a hard time installing though, but it runs very quiet

I bought this about 5 months ago. Overall I am happy with the purchase. It is super quite . Most of the time I do not even realize it is running. The only thing I do not like is that you often times have to press the start button twice. I believe it has some kind of sleep mode but do not remember aeeing that in the paperwork. If you do not press the start button twice you come back to unwashed dishes.
