Okay product but not as sturdy as I would like.

It is now 4 years old and is in need of repair for the second time. This is not acceptable.

I bought this dishwasher with great expectations and it has given me nothing but problems in the 3 years of ownership. Right now I have a leaking dishwasher and water damage to my beautiful hardwood floor in the kitchen

When it is working, it works great

I have owned this product for almost 4 years, and have had 3 issues with it during that time. One related to a leak in the door, another with a basket that broke and now finally one where the heating element is not operating and the soap doesn't get cleared from the dispenser. We are waiting for the final repair.
When this machine works, I would rate it excellent, but the failure rate on the parts is staggering.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

bad build quality, can not heat water after 3 year normal use( one wash a day)

quit working

It just quit after 4 years nothing no panel lights. checked and it is getting power but no clear troubling shooting and no fuse

Stopped working

We WERE happy with our dishwasher the first year, but after a year it stopped emptying the water in the tub, after 7 - 10 washes. Filters are clean, and nothing is blocking in the hose. Now it has stopped working. Dishwasher will turn on, run its motor, throw the initial water around, open the soap container, that's were it stops. Nothing happens it turns off and dishes are still dirty, and soap is still in the holder. This dishwasher is too new to have this issue, but the cost of a repair is almost as pricey as a new dishwasher, very disappointing.

Beyond dissapointing in a new GE dishwasher. Leaks, drain issues, pump issues. Headaches. Repairs not helpful. Bought a new dishwasher. Samsung. 2020.
