Very quiet and great performance.

We installed this dishwasher two months ago. It was a great value and we are very happy with the performance. We are especially pleased with how quite it is. You have no idea the dishwasher is running. We are very happy with this purchase.

We purchase this back in January and are extremely happy with this unit. It runs very quiet with great loading capacity and easy loading. It does an excellent job of cleaning and easy to operate.

I specifically upgraded to a dishwasher with a stainless steel interior when we had our house built. I'm pretty proud of myself. The dishwasher is so quiet that I forget that it's running. It's almost silent. The quality of the cleaning is great, also. Best dishwasher I've ever had!

The noise level is practically nil when it washes!!!! When It is filling you can hardly hear that either!!!

First rate GE service

I ordered a year-old discounted model of a similar dishwasher. I was truly dismayed that it came without an electric plug and my contractors were concerned that it also came without a drain hose showing that it perhaps had never been tested. When they got it hooked up, it had a leak. My dealer informed me that GE would send a technician (but he made no offer to replace the unit). The GE technician came and found the machine was damaged and said that GE would replace the unit. They did indeed. Their customer care people responded to me very promptly and told me to to select another, up to date, model and they would deliver and install it, which they have just done. I find it very satisfying that a good American brand is offering such honest support. In an era more characterized by contempt for the consumer, GE was prompt, honest and more than compensated for my tiime and trouble with the first unit. Thanks.

washes great....latches terrible

We love the quiet power of this machine. It does a perfect job with the dishes. However....... The latching mechanism could not be more poorly designed. It is very temperamental and prone to opening during the cycle. We bought GE because it's made in the USA..... I wish it was better made in the USA.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
