Quite but not quite clean

I purchased this a few months ago. The most important feature for me was how clean it got the dishes - a little noise I could deal with. To my surprise - the dishwasher was very quiet - and I was very happy. However - after trying everything possible - this dishwasher just does not get the dishes clean. It's just that simple. We switched (a few times) to different detergent (tablets, brands and liquid). We tried leaving the dishes dirty, then rinsed a little, and then very rinsed (almost clean) and still are getting dirty dishes at the end of the cycle. We've tried also tried several different cycles - all to no avail. This dishwasher, sorry to say is a disappointment. It's not like I'm going to return it after all these months so I'm stuck with it until we need a new one. :-(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won't Work

This dishwasher has issues with the door and latch not wanting to engage. We had the electric component for the latch replaced the first month we had it. When attempting to start the dishwasher, we press cycles we want, than pushing the start button, we use the door handle and push the door close. If we are successful, the dishwasher starts and the green button goes on, if the dishwasher doesn't start, the door pops open, the yellow light goes on and we have failure. We go through these steps two or three times before it works.
Two days ago I tried turned on the dishwasher following the above steps. 30 minutes into the cycle the dishwasher did its little melody tune signaling it was done. I opened the door the dishwashing soap still not fully disolved, and chose another cycle, pressed start and firmly closed the door which popped back open refusing to latch. I tried multiple times and gave up. I have now called the place where I bought it from and asked for a new dishwasher.

Everything you expect

Extremely quiet, couldn't even tell if it was running the first time I tried to start it. Super clean dishes and nice features as far as only running top rack or bottom rack steam levels sanitize etc. etc.

Very Quite

It has been about a month since I bought this dishwasher and I love it. It is very quite and the dishes come out sparkling. I will need to get use to the silverware tray being inside rather than on the door but it is not an issue. My husband installed it but because the water and electrical parts that need to be connected are so low to the floor it was very difficult to do ( you can barely get your hands under there let alone see what you are doing). The instructions are easy to follow but the difficulty was being able to see what you were doing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really nice unit. Easy to load. Looks great. Love it being all stainless steel. The coating on the racks looks like they won't rust out in a year.
