Bought my dishwasher just under 1 year ago. Even using a rinse aid, the top rack items and especially plastic items come out dripping wet. Any type of fat or grease does not come clean such as a container that stored bacon or chicken.
The length of the running cycles on the newer dishwashers are ridiculously long. Over 2 hours for a normal cycle.

Very Quiet! Great Features

We installed this dishwasher two weeks ago and have used it about 6 times since. It is so quiet it sounds like a faint noise similar to someone using a hairdryer but from two doors down with the door closed, very impressed! The only thing we have noticed is that it leave too much water on the dishes if you do not use the dry cycle. Maybe this is normal...we had a very old dishwasher before so it is hard to compare.

Very Very Quiet, lacks flexibility

Extremely quiet. The bottom rack needs more than the four rows of tines to stack dishes, there is not enough flexibility and dish arrangement is to limited. Silverware rack is to small. Seems to clean very well.

I have always favored GE over other appliances.This dish washer is quiet, cleans anything i put in it and has many features I like. I set the type of washing and drying as well as heat needed. I just felt I couldn't get a better dish washer then this.
