Surprise, no electric cord

No advertisement that I could tell that the dishwasher doesn't have an electrical cord. Even if the dishwasher was perfect, lost a star for this. Pros:So far the dishwasher is very quiet but I didn't buy the dishwasher because of this. Noise level is not important to me. Lots of height to put large dishes or long spatulas which is nice. Cons:Leaves the dishes very wet without heated dry on. The dishwasher must be so quiet because it seems to lightly spray the dishes for 1.25-2 hours depending upon the setting. Two hours seems to be a long time to me. Only after a few uses, we've had dishes that were not clean. My 10 year old ultra basic Kenmore seemed to do a better job cleaning at least with first impressions. Stainless steel is nice looking just don't touch it or use rubber gloves, otherwise fingerprints will quickly cover the outside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The reviews can be scary but all brands have them.The GE dishwasher I bought cleans very good,is very quite and doesn't leak.I am very pleased with my purchase.I sometimes wonder about the negative reviews.

This dishwasher is so amazingly quiet I wasn't sure that it was working the first time I ran it. It did an great job on all of my dishes. I am so glad that I chose another GE product.
