Good dishwasher once it was fixed...

We bought our dishwasher in December and had to have a technician out 3 times to figure out why it was leaking. It turns out the pump wasn't properly clamped in. In the meantime, we ended up with water spots on our finished basement ceiling that we'll now have to repair. The dishwasher does a good job cleaning the dished but I would be reticent to recommend it because of the issues we had with the leaking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have been using our new GE dishwasher for several months! We love it! It looks beautiful, it's quiet, it holds our dishes/bowls/glasses perfectly and has lots of adjustability to handle different sized items! It's so easy to load and unload! And everything comes out CLEAN!!!
And my favorite part aside from all of these features is that this is MADE IN USA!!!!!
Buy American! You can't go wrong! Buy General Electric! They've been making appliances forever!!

I've been without a dishwasher for some time, so I was excited when I bought it. Very quiet cycle. Single user so won't be getting a lot of weekly use. Cleans dishes well, without streaks. I do, however, think the run-time is a bit long...not sure how the run time compares to other dishwashers so this may be typical. Only had it for 3 weeks, so far, so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Even with heated drying there is water retention on many items

I like everything about the dishwasher but have a difficult time figuring the best way to load it. Older dishwasher racks were much easier to load and still get lots in it.
