Dishwasher is very quiet,unfortunately it does not clean the dishes! We have had many dishwashers over the years and they all did an acceptable job but this one does not.Perhaps noise is what cleans the dishes?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Clean simple look. Control panel hidden.

I had a hard time installing the unit due to the hidden control panel and a stone countertop. Screw in holes would hit the stone, not the wooden frame. Got it done eventually. Plumbers had a hard time with that portion of install too.Finally completed and discovered adjacent drawer hit the handle of the dishwasher! Had to adjust. Lengthy wash cycle - 123 minutes!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only gave 3 stars because dishes are too wet when cycle is finished.Also, cycles take very long to complete.

I bought this dishwasher as I am changing out all my white appliances for stainless steel appliances. I love the look of it with the hidden controls, and love the way it cleans the dishes.

Did our kitchen over with all GE appliances, this unit works well. Don't hear that it's running. Length of wash times is questionable when we are all trying to save on electric costs, that's the only down fall...
