Great Stove

Purchased this stove because it is identical to one we have in our northern home, except this one is electric. It is a very good stove and very efficient.

Overall the stove is nice - the glass cooktop is really hard to wash and you must wash it after every use or it will chip or burn. The plastic rim around the glass top is coming apart already and the stove it only two months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far the oven is great! We haven't had any issues keeping the top clean. It has all of the features you would expect from an oven in this price range. We primarily chose this oven and the matching appliances because of their smudge proof surfaces. Having 3 small children, we were concerned about smudges on regular stainless steel appliances. These appliances truly are smudge proof and are very resistant to fingerprints. When they do get a couple of fingerprints on them they are very easy to clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this is my first glass top stove and I'm still getting use to it. Even with very clean top use, it still needs constant maintenance. The size of the heating elements could have been designed with more flexibility - three of the smaller units are identical and most people have varying size equipment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
