The ink cartridge I paid for does not work at all. The replacement ink cartridge that was sent without charge does not work either. What is going on?

Please follow the guidelines in this document to fix this issue: http://hp.care/2pD5MwI If this does not resolve the problem I would recommend contacting HP Support: http://hp.care/2nbNQFi Note that you will need to provide the Warranty Ends date of the cartridge. You can find the warranty end date on the cartridge itself.
