My hp6520 printer decided not to print black ink any more (even with a new cartridge, even with cleaning the front heads). I could not find any new hp printer that would let me use my 564 cartridges so they were wasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with the print quality of HP 564XL Black High-Yield Ink Cartridge as it is not printing in black. Please follow the guidelines in this document to fix this issue http://hp.care/2sMWgWu If this does not resolve the problem I would recommend contacting HP Support: http://hp.care/2nbNQFi Note that you will need to provide the Warranty Ends date of the cartridge. You can find the warranty end date on the cartridge itself.
Out last any cartridge I ever used. Never have to worry about running out of ink while printing a 30 page contract. HP makes it easy to order and the delivery time is excellent.
