I already install this cartridge and didn't work was complete dry, I had to buy a new one in a local store, this is the first time I have this problem, bad for HP

Discussed the printer situation with a few retailers. Apparently the black printhead has a tendency to clog, thus not allowing cartridge to work. Tried cleaning the print head, no luck. Will be sending it back, along with other cartridges I didn't install.
It is not working. No black when printing-it is the black cartridge. All other colors work, not the new black.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
