This ink cartridge would not print initially a needed to be primed several times before it would work. A significant amount of ink was lost in this priming process.
This essentially increased the price considerably. Cartridge should not be in this condition when received new.

I am very satisfied! I print a lot, and primarily use black. Of course, the black cartridge needed to be replaced sometimes 3 times before the colors did. I think the 1 will last through the entire life of the colors now. Really more economical also!

The new cartridge is totally unusable. Despite my having spent hours with the printer and on-line, the printer still won’t print in black (although it did do so before I replaced the cartridge).

Very pleased with the high yield black 564 cartridge. Always make sure I have a spare on hand as outlasts regular colors and easy to forget how long had in printer. Quality great from the moment loaded to end. Have not experienced any “smear” issues.

i buy on line and recently got a new 564XL from box and it would not work. Would not print. Frustration!!! First time this happened so QC much be weak?
