Based on past experiences this is the only cartridge I would buy, lasting much longer than the without XL version. Unfortunately, just about the time I received the cartridge my printer stopped functioning, it would not print black. Unfortunately, again, printers using 564 cartridges are no longer available, i.e., my new printer uses 952XL, so I am stuck with an unopened 564XL. In fact, this is the second time this happened. The same occurred when changing another printer in the past.

I have been using these trustworthy cartridges in my current printer for many years, and fear that you will discontinue them before my printer has ended its life, as has happened in the past with older cartridges. Please keep providing them! I love my printer and do not need to upgrade yet.

Last 564XL bought I placed 6/30/18 it did not print printer ink level report indicated low ink. This is the second 564XL that was faulty. I like next day shipping, but I will be going to my local office supply store.
