I love my HP computer and printer! Turns out I wasn't out of black ink! My printer just stopped printing in black. Now I'm out a printer and stuck with 2 of each 564 HP ink cartridge for my HP Photosmart 5520 printer.I could have replaced the printer for less than price of all that ink.

VERY PLEASE AS USUAL WITH THE QUICK DELIVERY OF THE HP PRODUCT,BUT !!.....WHEN LOADING THE HP I FOUND I COULD NOT TURN OFF THE HP DOWNLOAD AND THE WHEEL JUST KEPT SPINNING.
HP SHOULD WORK ON THIS ISSUE AS I SEE ON THE WEB WHERE OTHERS HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM !
