Upon receiving this delivery on or about January 22, 2019 , I installed it a few days later and immediately had difficulty with the cartridge dispersing the ink properly. After an extensive time of working with it and testing the printing quality on several sheets of paper; it did finally work. I am very disappointed in the quality of this particular batch of ink (Malaysia Oct 2020 warranty ends).
Other shipments of ink had performed very well. Marlyn
I have always trusted HP product. Sadly, just after I purchased this cartridge, my printer broke down. The cartridge carrier kept jamming up and it has now gone to recycle with the new ink cartridge in it. Very sad about all of it.
I am very dismayed with this product. I have gone through two cartages that seemed to not lasted as long as they use to. One cartage was still half full and stopped working. I am not doing as much printing as when I was working (I'm retired) and have found the regular cartage gave me as much print as the XL. What is happening with your product?
Not sure what's going on but my HP Photosmart printer won't print it all now after installing new cartridges
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
I'm sorry that you had this happen to you. This is a puzzling situation!
It doesn't seem likely that the new cartridges would stop it from printing unless they are empty. This type of printer has to have some ink in each cartridge to operate without damaging the printhead, therefore it will not print with an empty cartridge.
If they all have ink and you are getting blank pages, it could be that the printhead is clogged and you need to run the cleaning routine from the printer menu.
Anything other than those two situations would require more help than I can give here. Please contact us, if you need more help: hp.com/contactHP
Ink is good but the HP Photosmart 7520 is dead. It will not align. Tried everything you have to offer on line to fix it but I need a new printer. I got many copies out of the ink cartridges as long as the printer got used on a regular basis. If it didn't get used regularly, I got as few as 20 copies out of a regular cartridge.
