does not last any longer if not used daily - not the best buy for only 3-5 times a week user it will dry out & you will lose LOTS of ink & printing abilities--as a business with unexpected printing this does NOT help when dries before usage expires!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,
I am very sorry to hear that you have had a situation were cartridges have stopped working early. You should have been able to print longer with those cartridges.
This appears to be a case of the printer being turned off using a power strip or switch. The printer should always be turned off using the power button on the printer itself. That will let it 'park' so that the cartridges are protected from excess drying. The drying can cause clogs in the tiny nozzles that spray the ink onto the paper.
The automatic cleaning routine from the printer menu will clear the clogged nozzles and get the cartridge working again. Sometimes the routine will need to be run more than once, if the cartridge is badly clogged.
