[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most of the time the cartridges work fine. But too often a cartridge will not; it will quit working (printing ink) before the cartridge is empty. And they are too expensive for this to happen. I would like to see this resolved so the cartridges work every time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve found that unless I buy original HP cartridges my printer will always tell me I may have bought a fake or pirated cartridge. Very annoying. Why is ink so expensive? The price of a cartridge is almost the same as a new machine.
