I ordered this XL version of black ink because I go through it a lot and last time I ordered it, it lasted a long time. This time when I got it, it was 1/2 the size it was last time and I paid more money for it. I am extremely disappointed as I bought this printer because the ink was supposed to be cheap but it isn't.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great replacement printer

I had a 6 year old HP Photosmart printer that performed flawlessly. Only reason I replaced was to upgrade to wireless. This wireless Photosmart Premiun is superior to the old one. Setup was a snap and the touch screen is an outstanding idea. Thanks.

Great, but one thing to know

I own two HP printers that take the HP 564Xl cartridge - both just over one year old. When I received my order of 564XL cartridges, I noticed that the size of the cartridge was smaller than the original cartridges and replacement cartridges that I had purchased at the time that I bought my printers. I was sure that something was wrong with that, so I called tech support. After some checking, I was told that there had been a change in the cartridge design and that the newer (smaller) cartridges would fit and had the same capacity as the original cartridges. It would have been nice to know that information so that I would not have had to take the time to call. Anyway, if you have the older, larger cartridges, the new 564XL will work perfectly.

Why is it that the original is bigger than the replacement? AND they tell you it has more ink!
