[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best quality is always the original product. Why is it necessary to charge so much for one cartridge? Could you not include this cartridge with the other 4? I love my printer and use it all the time but it really is expensive to run.

I got a 564XL Black and it ultimately resulted in the disabling of two 7000 series printers. Never experienced this problem. technical personnel initially just said it was the printer head and I needed a new printer. Subsequently I took the brand new cartridge out of the printer and replaced the partially filled XL with the new one taken from the “defective printer”. Well guess what? The second printer no longer printed.. (It is my wife’s upstairs office.)
