Original HP ink might seem more expensive but the perfect quality and increased number of pages it produces actually make it very cost effective. We will not risk the performance of our printer or the quality of our work by using anything but these outstanding cartridges.

I am saddened to hear that the cartridge caused that message. I can imagine how annoying that could be.
Sometimes a defective cartridge will read as a counterfeit, but either way you can return it to us. Our return and exchange process is covered, step-by-step, at:
