I received the HP All-IN-One computer a few days ago. Five minutes into setting it up the screen and cursor froze very frustrating. Tried to get live help didn’t happen. Tried different support suggestions might be working because I had only one other incident of freezing screen in two days. Still I wish I could get live support. I do like the screen size, the size of the footprint and speed of the computer.
to be honest I haven't started using them yet. I ALWAYS buy HP cartridges. I do not know how I got a hold of a bad one as I always try to buy HP? In all my years of buying and using your inks and my printer I am a VERY HAPPY customer.
I bought the XL ink cartridge put it in the printer, printed 2 pages and tells me "low ink". Now i have to get a new one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
