We purchased the color pack and the regular black ink at the same time. We are currently having an issue with being unable to print as our black photo ink is sowing as empty even though we had 3/4 full cartridge on 7/10 when I did a print out. We have removed and installed this cartridge to no avail. I think it is virtually impossible that we used this much in in less than a month. Suggestions?

Although I like HP All - In - One Printers, they go through ink cartridges fast. I don't use my printer everyday but I'm ordering cartridges to often.

Regarding Ink Cartridges just purchased and Installed: ran the print test page, alignments, etc. The black cartridge does not print. Removed it, shook it, and reinstalled it....same thing. I am unable to attach a picture of the print tests.
