[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I purchased this ink cartridge, I replaced an off-market cartridge. HP ink has thus far performed very well; and, I hope to get more? I also ordered thru the application on my device; it arrived early and was cheaper than in my local stores.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put in the new cartridge and nothing prints on the page. I cleaned the print head - nothing. I ran the print quality report - nothing. I’ve taken it out/put it back in numerous times - nothing. I took a paperclip and tried removing any glue from the protective covering - nothing. Dissatisfied? Definitely!
