I have paid more money in cartridges for my HP printer then I actually paid for the printer. The cartridges don't last the amount stated even for the extra ink cartridge. I won't buy this printer again. I can't afford all of the cartridges that I have to purchase just to print a few simple pages.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

confused labeling on what type of ink to use on packaging that came with printer photo cartridge cant take 564 ink but printer can cleared 564xl is the best

I don't order anything other than XL cartridges because It makes no sense to me to swap out every couple of weeks. I don't have to stock as many nor order as often. The colors in the dye are the same as the non-xl sizes

Always hard to get it to work

This black wide cartridge never wants to fit into its slot securely; I often have to reinsert many times before it registers. In fact this one won't print and I have to try to get another one since the printer won't work without it. I have used this printer and your cartridges for years otherwise always been happy with the mail order service and the color quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Couldn't use the cartridge since the printer isn't printing black, regardless of any HP tech help.

Works great; but one thing, everyone that has an all in one must be careful ordering or shopping for ink. My unit calls for color 564XL which is much different than the 564. The difference is the black ink is bigger than the rest. I bought a color pack 564 including the black ink, but the black ink did not fit because it was too small.
I would recommend this to a friend!
