Either the 564 or 564xl won’t fit in the printer. You labeled and shipped 2 identical size yet the printer requires one thinner. Poor!

I would suggest using our Print-Scan-Doctor program to get the problem solved. This specifically developed program scans your PC and printer for issues, identifies them and resolves them automatically. Most problems with print quality can be in this way worked out. You can download the Doctor here: support.hp.com/topic/printscandoctor
