It was defective, would not print. I tried all your solutions to no avail. Your robot chatter had limited choices and kept me going over and over my attempts tp explain it was defective. Now my printer does not work. The photo cartridge I ordered is still unopened. A total waste of time and money.

The quality of this ink is awesome. There is no other retailer that I would purchase my ink cartridges from. The quality of HP 564XL cannot be duplicated by anyone else.

Go to www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/ReturnsandExchanges?id=page-return-exchange-policy/. You can review the policy and start a return online at this site.
I have an older printer, so it's important to know that I can get original ink cartridges for replacement when needed. The site is easy to navigate and use. Very good experience.
