Burned the second time

Twice now, I have ordered the black XL and it did not work when I received it and installed it in my printer. The last time, I went to a store and bought the same item and installed it in lieu of the one HP sent, and it worked fine. Perhaps the cartridges are too old and are drying up?????

I notice this wireless all in one photosmart uses a lot of ink so I bought the "high yield" ink. Supposed to give you 550 pages. I had it for under 2 months and it was empty. I did not even have 550 pieces of print paper in my house! Probably didn't get 150 sheets out of it. this is the second one I purchased as I have no choice, but it does not yield very much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ink cartridge is easy to use. The quality of the print is great. Disappointed with the quantity of copies per cartridge.

The black ink didn't last long. I got 15 copies instead of the advertised 750 copies. I am very unhappy with the 564XL cartridge... I should get a new free black ink cartridge... Douglas D

Black isn't working in my 5510 photosmart

I ordered this online and it said it would work with a HP Photosmart 5510 but it is not printing the black ink. I need a product that will work.

Not happy

I had a lot of problems with the last batch of ink being defective. I still have to shake the black ink cartridge once in awhile to get compete coverage. This was never a problem before since I have I have been ordering this product on online for years, Very disappointed this time.

Funcionally elegant!!

The cartridge arrived as promised by HP. The instrument of legibility was delivered in a cleverly designed box designed to protect it from the vicissitudes of the shipping processes. Opening the box revealed a sleek black container that was further protected by a plastic wrapper and a clever plug to keep the contents of the cartridge ready to do its job. With a rip of the tab on the plastic covering and a quick twist of the plastic tab the cartridge was ready for installation in the printer. The absence of these shipping shields revealed a beautiful example of form and function unsurpassed in the field of ink cartridge design! "Write a review? It's a freaking ink cartridge HP."
