The black cartridge that I bought doesn't work in my printer. I don't know if it is the fault of the cartridge or the printer. The color cartridges are OK. I am very displeased with the HP product PHOTOSMART 6520 e-all-in-one

The 564 XL works great, but the regular 564 does not fit in my printer. The 564 setup cartridge in smaller in size, so DO NOT expect the 564 to fit. A total waste of money.
