Ink Cartridges R a disappointment

We have used HP products forever...however ever since they began manufacturing in Germany, the cartridges do not last as long as before. We are considering changing to another brand of printer as we are going through ink like we cannot believe. We are very bummed and disappointed.

First, I always use the HP genuine ink. It prints better looking images and ink lasts longer. The most amazing part was that I ordered using the HP web link one afternoon, and it arrived the very next morning!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wear an apron

Unfortunately I have to recommend this product because it is the one my printer requires. However one ought to wear an apron when exchanging out the ink cartridges. All three other colors worked just fine, but when I twisted the orange cap off the black it began dripping!! Needless to say, this isn't how a person would like things to go.

Ink is great, the package is bad

The ink cartridge is fine but a bit difficut to remove the comma-shaped bar that seals the ink opening. The real problem is with the "free" photo-print paper that is included. We don't need it and now have stacks of the packages of paper. We rarely use it.
We would rather want to buy the ink with out getting the paper. Can we sell them back to you?
You may think this is funny. We don't.
